01. Difference between Promotional and Transactional SMS ?

Content which decides the category of SMS apart from who is sending SMS. For example, a registered Bank is eligible to send Transactional SMS as per TRAI, however they can can not send any promotional content to their registered customers through Transactional channel.

Example: The following example illustrates the two different type of SMS sent by a bank

Promotional: Now get 9.5% interest on all your fixed deposit. Regards. XYZ Bank.

02. Do you charge any setup fee or monthly rental to use the services?

No. It is FREE to register and you receive free test credits to check our services.

03. Registration requires my mobile no. Is my mobile operator going to charge me anything?

No, your password will be sent on your registered number in order to prove your authenticity. Delivery of your message is our responsibility, so you need not to pay anything to your operator for sending SMS from our portal.

05. How much have I to pay to send a message ?

Opening an account with us is Free. We also provide free test credits in your account to try our services. One Credit is deducted for every message your send from your account. You can re-charge your account any time when you run out of credits.

06. What is credit ?

1 Message of (1-160 Character) = 1 Credit. So 1 Credit is utilized to send a message to any mobile network (GSM or CDMA) in India.

07. What is the validity of Credits I purchase ?

You will 365 Days validity (Can be extended on request).

08. Is there any monthly rental or minimum charges or commitment ?

No, there are no rental or minimum monthly charges. Just purchase the credits as and when you need them.

09. At time a message can be sent to how many mobile phones?

We recommend 1 to 50000. You can try more than that.

10. Which are the operators in India where we can send SMS?

You can send SMS to almost any operator in India including GSM & CDMA.

11. Can I send messages to other countries ?

Yes. (On request only)

12. Can I take a trial of your service before I buy some credits ?

Yes. We can offer you some complimentary free credits when you register for our services.

13. What is a Sender ID ?

Sender ID is a max of 8 digit Alpha numeric codes used to send message using your company name. Due to technical restriction some CDMA operator does not accept SMS bearing Alpha numeric Sender ID. In these cases, our default GSM Sender ID will be replaced automatically with alpha numeric id. You can also create and use your GSM sender ID for sending SMS to these operators on written approval. You can create sender IDs based of SMS Package you purchase.

14. What is security of your website ?

Special attention is given to the security aspect. Password is send to registered mobile number only to prevent any misuse of this service. Your information will not be shared with any third party as per our privacy policy.

15. How will I come to know that my message is delivered ?

We keep records of all the messages sent by you in last 24 hrs. You can login and check the status at Sent Message in report section.

17. How can I make a payment for SMS credit ?

There are 4 ways you can make a payment by using a credit card, through DD/CQ, by cash and through Fund transfer.

18. How long does it take before credits bought are added to my account ?

If you made the payment through credit card, fund transfer and by cash the credits bought immediately gets added to your account within 2hours due to setting up your account. If you have selected your mode of payment as Demand Draft / CQ the credits will get added to your account once we have received payment for the same.
